Job Description

We are partnering with a well-established manufacturer seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of quality.

Location: Hudson, NH

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pay: $25-$27/hr (commensurate with experience)

Job Summary

The Quality Inspector will perform Receiving, In-Process, Final, and other inspections of components and assemblies to ensure compliance with customer specifications, internal standards, and industry requirements, including MIL-13830.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished components against drawings, specifications, and quality plans
  • Participate in product and process audits to ensure compliance
  • Accurately document inspection results and maintain inspection logs and reports
  • Support quality planning and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a manufacturing environment
  • Optical Experience a huge plus
  • U.S. Person status required (ITAR/EAR compliance)
  • Prior experience in defense manufacturing strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with prolonged standing/sitting and magnified inspection
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity for precision components

Work Environment

  • Manufacturing environment with regular use of computers and inspection tools
  • Physical requirements include standing, walking, kneeling, and detailed visual inspection (close and distance vision)
